I’m so excited today to share a new inspiration shoot with you all! I’ve been sitting on this one for awhile, but it’s one of my favorites, so even though it’ll be part of a new project I’m working on, I wanted to share a sneak peek today so you could see the work these amazing vendors did to put this shoot together.

On this shoot, I was so lucky to be able to work with the amazing Jenny Prutcher from Green in Bloom. She is a local florist who is really experienced, but her business is relatively new, so you’ll have to look her up. She’s creative and really unique in her style of flower arranging, and I can’t wait to work with her again. All our tables, chairs, linens and dishes came from The Party Place for this shoot — aren’t those white chairs great?

For this shoot, I tried something new and put together two bridal looks — a more traditional, elegant look for a more mature bride (that’s Julie, above) and a more fashion-forward look for a younger bride (that’s Amy, below). I think they both look gorgeous. They’re wearing gowns from Charlotte’s Weddings and Jennifer Walker from Face Body Beauty did their hair and makeup. Flowers, again, from Green in Bloom.

Add in a bright bouquet for a bridesmaid (played by Sara, although you can’t see her face here) and some cupckaes and you’re all set for a modern urban wedding.

Thank you to Urban Studio for hosting us for this shoot, and thanks to all the vendors who helped out. You’ll be seeing many more photos from this shoot soon!
