Can you believe how gorgeous Lane’ is in these photos? She was such fun to photograph recently — I love her relaxed style. She runs a fun vintage and budget-friendly wedding rental company called Something Borrowed. Check it out!

Ahh, Chris and Trina. I had a really fun afternoon with these two in Waterfront Park and nearby on one of the most crowded Saturdays I’ve seen there in a long time. These guys were troopers, though!

Congratulations, Trina and Chris! Many happy years ahead to both of you.

Thao and Marsh just got married this past weekend. We’ll get to their fun wedding photos, but for now here’s a peek at their engagement session, which we shot last month. I love the energy these two have!

This railroad trestle out in Helvetia is one of my favorite spots to shoot — isn’t it cool?

Congratulations, Thao and Marsh!
Hey blog readers! I’m excited-beyond-excited because today, I’m announcing my first-ever crash course, which is a half-day course for photographers. It’s all about getting your work published, and I’ve got LOADS of information queued up for the ten photographers that join me for this event.
Over the past two short years, I’ve had my work published more than 60 times, and it’s not on accident — I made that happen, one submission at a time. I have it down to a system now and I want to teach you that system during this course. It’s less than a month away and there are only ten spots available as of this post, so if you’re interested, I would advise signing up immediately. Here are some more details:
If this sounds like something you’re interested in, click here to register! And if you know someone else who might be interested, please send them the link! I appreciate you helping me to spread the word.
Putting together the photo shoots for the MarryThis! guides over the past year has been one of my favorite projects ever. I’m moving on from the project this month (and leaving it in the incredibly creative hands of Allison, one of my collaborators on the project who is now taking it in her own direction). Keep watching it — she has the most amazing ideas.
This guide, which is all about planning a charming brunch wedding, was one of my favorites to shoot. If you want to see more of the photos, download the guide for free over at MarryThis!

These flowers are gorgeous, aren’t they? They came from the incredibly talented Liz of Fleur:ology.

These are my dear friends Marianna and Reece, who together lead The Bylines. They’re getting married this summer!
